Silver colored (not sterling) 3 tiered necklace

This is a really pretty three tiered silver (not sterling)necklace it has an adjustable chain but does not come apart. I believe it’s from Premier designs jewelry (does not tarnish) this is just high end costume jewelry but very attractive. Approximately 15” long
