Silver funky swirl necklace - vintage?

Really fun, funky necklace. Good used condition but has a few tarnish spots that I noticed. I will try to remove these and update photos soon. Multi-strand bottom portion with single strand upper chain. No clasp. Measures approximately 17” in length (doubled) when laid flat. I strive to ship fast - same or next day. From a smoke-free, pet-free home.
