Silver tone Emerald and Crystal Stone Bib Necklace

I believe I purchased this from Avon several years ago. Silver tone with emerald and crystal stones. Bib style necklace. Worn maybe once or twice. Great condition. It’s stamped what looks like “GVO” on the tag but I’m not sure what that means. Three inch extender. Smoke free home.
