Silver tone Stretch Belt

24 inch waist silver tone belt with black elastic on the inside and individual silver tone pieces on the outside (reminded me of a knights armor or something from GOT). The buckle itself is 2 inches long and is missing a gem from the middle of the flower (purchased this way) so I'm not sure what type of gem would have been in this.
