Silver tone enameled bird pendant - peacock or quetzal?

About 1/2” silver tone pendant with green enameled picture of a bird (looks like a peacock or maybe a quetzal to me) I’m not sure what the base metal is, but a magnet is not attracted to it, so my guess is stainless steel or silver.
