Silverplate Lettuce Fork - Astoria by Wallace

Vintage Silverplate lettuce fork in the Astoria pattern introduced 1898 by R Wallace. This fork’s splayed tines were designed for spearing and serving salad, particularly individual leaves of lettuce. 9” long and tine spread is 1 3/4”.
