Silver-tone Floral Rhinestone Necklace; sparkly bead petals, chain link, clasp

This necklace is worn but so pretty. I bought it from a friend but am so allergic to metal jewelry, I just can’t wear it. The design is gorgeous, and it still sparkles and gets compliments all the time. Measurements are in pics. I can’t read the tag for the brand… it’s either E.F. or E.J., with a word on the back.
