Silvertone neckpiece, 15 individual drops with clear crystals, 15" to 18" length

Striking neckpiece! Silvertone, each 2.5" piece hangs on its own ring so there's fluid movement. 15" up 18" length. Looks like feathers around the neckline, with 15 clear 1/4" crystals. Smooth back, 1/2 lobster claw clasp. Has iodized silver look, very nice statement piece. Never worn, non-smoking home.
