Silver-toned, blue stone/ mother of pearl Mexican bracelet

This vintage bracelet was purchased in Mexico and is at least 30 years old. It is silver metal (no sterling silver stamps) with a mountain with clouds scene made of blue stone and what appears to be mother of pearl (unverified). It is lightweight and open in the back to slide on. Gently worn but in good condition. There is what appears to be an artisan stamp on the back.
