Exquisite, Italian made, soft white velvet dress. Fully lined. A-line box pleated skirt, rhinestone and pearl collar and belt. The jewels come off easily and must be handled with care. Some stones are missing from the side of the belt and some of the stones on the collar are loose. Dress has been dry cleaned since worn and kept in a garment bag.
