NWT Simonetta Neck Scarf and Wrist Cuffs. The scarf goes around your head and hangs like a cowl neck. Can be bunched up or lay flat or pulled up over the back of your head to use as a hood. The wrist cuffs side onto your wrists and you tuck the knitted fabric into your coat sleeve or sweater sleeve. Adds warmth and style. All are very soft. Never used.
