Simple Burgundy Halter Dress, Sparkly Tulle Overlay, Slight Ruffle at the Bottom

Used, like new <3 This super cute Burgundy dress is knee-length (on me, and I'm 5'2 so it might be shorter on you if you're taller!) It has a sparkly tulle overlay and a V-neck halter neckline, which is detailed with a silky ribbon! Size small. Fits me really well but is a stretchy, form-fitting material that would most likely fit a couple of sizes up! For reference, I am: 5'2 100lbs 23" waist I'm open to offers, let me know if you have any questions!
