Simple Reasonable Offers Chart

Hi! Here's the easiest way to deal with me! Most of the time offers that'll fall in the green and yellow will be accepted. Ones in the orange and red are not going to be accepted. I may counter, but frankly I may not. I only list items that I think have some value. If they didn't I'd probably donate. Thanks for your consideration!
