Simplicity 6764 pattern girls dress fit and flare ruffle sleeve 1960s size 12 breast 30 GIRLS' DRESS AND SCARF: Dress with gathered skirt has empire waistline, back zipper, and optional ribbon belt. Soutache braid trimmed V. 1 with sailor collar has long sleeves. V. 2 has long sleeves and contrasting collar and cuffs with picot trim. V. 3 with long sleeves has lace edging collar and cuffs. V. 4 & 5 have elbow-length sleeves with ruffles. V. 4 has scarf. V. 5 with contrasting bodice has insertion trim. Cut to size has all pieces and instructions.
