There is Tank spaghetti type straps and off the shoulder sleeves. Great top if you're wanting to cover the upper arm but still show som skin. Measurements are flat: Shoulder to Shoulder: Open Arm pit to Arm pit: 24 Inches Sleeve Length: 10 Inches Sleeve Width: 11 Inches Top of Shoulder Strap to Hem: 29 Inches Hem Width: 39 Inches No rips, holes, or tears.
