This is a women's plus size one piece swimsuit. Through research, I am suspecting it Simply Silm sold at Walmart. It has a halter top, ruching on sides, and a fabric panel in front for coverage. It is a cute red with white flowers on fabric. The built in shelf bra shows no wear, and the hygiene strip is still attached. No pilling to the outside fabric and no wear on leg openings. No holes or stains found. Pit to pit: 20 inches across Waist: 19 inches across Hips: 22 inches across Neckline to crotch: 26 inches Pit to hip: 21 inches
