Simply Southern Navy Embroidered Elephant Dress, Medium

Simply Southern Navy/dark blue dress size medium. This is super cute with a slight ruffle sleeve, elephant embroidery at the bottom, and tassels that can be worn tied or not. GUC- although I do see a few small snags (pictured). Not very noticiable but want to call them out. Smoke free home
