Simply Southern Shirt Dress in Confetti

Brand new with tags. Cute and light, more like a swimsuit cover. Definitely oversized fit. Bought at Simply Southern store. It has little snaps on the inside seams at shoulders, suggesting that there should be a slip or liner underneath. It didn’t come with one though, so I always thought it was sold as a coverup.
