Simply Vera Dress

Sleeveless light weight flowing dress. This has two layer with black lining underneath. Armpit to armpit is 21" with a lot of stretch, from back to hem is 42 1/2" The dress is high low. It is double layered. It has a black trap that can be tied in the front or back.
