Simply Vera NWT Colorful Sleeveless Dress

NWT!! Colorful sleeveless spring/summer dress by Vera Wang. Fun gems around neckline and faux wrap design. Dress is a Size Small but fits more like a women’s medium/large small. The fabric is very loose/flowy and does not gather. 100% polyester material. The dress is in excellent/brand new condition – only note is that the dress has small belt loops but came with no belt. These could easily be cut off or you could use your own small silk/fabric belt as a tie. Key Measurements * 12 in shoulder to shoulder * 38.5 in shoulder to hem * 19 in chest (pit to pit)
