This is such a pretty blouse! It's Simply Vera by Vera Wang. It's a size XL but is shown here on a size small mannequin so it can work for smaller sizes as well. It is used but in excellent condition! In the last photo you can see a slight mark on the fabric but we haven't tried removing it so you probably could. You have the option to tie the waste or leave it loose which makes the size very customizable. It's very elegant and I think it could work for a vintage look and be dressed up or down.
