This pullover blouse is in very good, clean condition with no holes or tears and has been stored in my clean, pet-free & smoke-free home. The frayed look is part of the design of this blouse. The arms are sheer. Some of the photos are deceiving- the color of the entire blouse is dark black. 100% polyester Hand wash & line dry is recommended.
