Simply Vera by Vera Wang flowy dress

This dress is heavier, but so flowy and soft. IT HAS POCKETS. NWOT. **BELT NOT INCLUDED** It does not have a ton of shape by itself, but it looks great with a belt and has tons of movement. It says it’s XS, but that’s mostly the arm/armpit area size. If you’re bigger on the bottom, this will still fit you. I’m 5’ 8”, about 145 pounds, usually a size 4 pant, and a small shirt.
