Simply southern tassel shell shorts, S/M

EUC, blue/pink/white shell pattern, with pink tassels. So sure as a bathing suit cover up, lounge wear, or even with a white top for vacation or brunch! I have 4 of these shorts in different patterns and wear them all summer!
