aplacey7 @girlnxtdoor it measured 16.5inches across the bust. May be tight. My problem was the waist being really small ..only about 12 inches across. And no stretch anywhere. I think if you consistently wear xs in a lot of dresses it is right for you. I’m more fluctuate between small and xs and it is too small for me .
