Sinclair Distressed Skinny Jeans Candela The Stick

These distressed skinny jeans by The Sinclair MFGRP Group out of Los Angeles are Candela style, with buckle detail at the ankles. They're marked as size 28, but run small (and are very low rise) and fit like size 27, so that's how I'm listing them. The hips are 35", front rise 8", back rise 10.5", inseam 29", outseam 38", leg opening 11". They are new and have never been worn.
