Comfy and flattering dress from Siren Lily women in size 1X. The entire dress is navy blue with white dots and something that looks like pinwheels or wildflowers. The dress is an empire waist with a fit and flare style. It hits me at the knee. It is completely lined in the same navy blue color. The material is very soft, and has plenty of stretch in it, both inner and outer layers. The outer layer of the dress is very lightweight and somewhat sheer while the underlayer has a little bit more density to it. Both 100% polyester. There is a small cap sleeve that has a tie closure for a small cut-out. V-Neck front. Good used condition. Armpit to armpit is about 23 inches. Empire waist across is about 20.5 inches. Hips across are about 26 inches. From top of shoulder seam to bottom hem is about 39 inches.
