High waisted shorts with crochet lace design with black stripes. Has zipper and clip closure in the front. Waistline is 14" and hips is 16-17". Length is 16.5". Inseam is 6". Leg opening is 13.5". Lining inside is 100% polyester. New with tags. Ended up being to small for my sister.
