Sisterhood long sleeve dress

Very cute, never worn (tags removed) long sleeved dress by Sisterhood. There is a lower back cutout, it is bra-friendly. I love this dress but was never able to zip it all the way up and the tailor said they could not fix it. My waist is ~31inches and there is very little give so you must be rather petite to make this dress work. For reference I am 5'4" and 110lbs.
