Johann Haviland's Blue Garland is a graceful dinnerware pattern accented with delicate flowers and glistening platinum trim. The cup is 2 5/8 inches high by 3 7/8 wide. It was made in Bavaria Germany. It has platinum accents and is a vintage piece that is now discontinued.
