This is a brand new with tags size 10 woman flow 100% self dress that is also lined. It has a back tie to make it tighter or looser. It is a flow dress. The length of the dress is 35 inches from the shoulder to the bottom the width directly on the armpit is 20 inches. This is a V-neck front and back that is thrown over.
