Size 12 mos light blue and white dress 🌻

Very pretty little dress has silky rose embellishment at waistband and nice top-stitching detail in front. Fully lined with extra fabric at bottom for ‘flair’. Note: Shade of blue is somewhat lighter than shown in photo.
