blunderbus I might, but inseam measurement seems bizarre. Pants generally have inseams of 30 to 34. And the pants don't look like they have a 23 inch inseam. You need to measure from the crotch to the bottom on the pants.

14maurice someone must have altered them cut the bottom off. never seen 23 inch inseam on pants ever. i thought you may have measured from the waist band to the crotch inseam no the legs. thanks

14maurice no looks like someone cut off the bottom and had them hemmed someone very short. i am 5 feet 11 inches tall so they will never be long enough.
