Size 16 Black chiffon double layer long skirt

Gorgeous black size 16 skirt by Russ (a Liz Claiborne Company). This is a double layered chiffon skirt black with beautiful red roses on it. The waist has elastic on both sides for extra stretch and zips up for easy changing in the back. Very cute for Summer with a tank top and also comfortable as well❤️
