Size 16 Eloquii button down shirt

this is a really cute button down shirt. it has ruffles on the sleeves, a smeared print Rose design. the fit is shown in the picture on myself. I wear a 40 triple d and bra size. I am 5 ft 5 in height. waist edge 48, hips at 51. I generally wear a size 16 or 18 depending on the brand. In this case, you can see the fit.
