Size 16 Navy blue dress

this is a beautiful Navy blue dress with yellow flowers. it has a plunging neckline, built in pads and off the shoulder sleeves. the dress is more of a bodycon style. It is knee length with a small slit in the back. Size 16. True to size. The material has a bit of stretch as well.
