Size 18 capris by “Department”

These capris have been worn twice and don’t fit anymore. Absolutly no sign of wear. They are just wrinkled from being in my drawer for so long. These are a light weight khaki olive green. They have a detailed dragon with metal rivets on the right thigh and cargo pockets. I am heartbroken they don’t fit me because they are so cute.
