These black chiffon wide leg pants were made by R&M Richards & sold at JC Penny. They are size 18W and are new with tags. The pants feature double split”— the chiffon wrap overlay has a split as do the pant legs. They also have an elastic back waistband and a button and zip side closure. ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE TAKEN BY HAND WITH THE GARMENT LYING FLAT AND ARE APPROXIMATE!! The waist size is approximately 36 inches, the inseam approximately 26 inches and a total length of approximately 42 inches.
