My family agrees that this is a dress. However, I personally say that this is a ladies long cardigan jacket. You could wear it for both purposes. No pockets. The colors of this outfit are black, brown, and blue. The pattern resembles the leaves of spider plants. Otherwise, stripes pattern. 100% polyester. Machine washable. Vintage. Long sleeves (length is 22"). Side slits at hem (see 9th pic). NOT a defect. This is how the outfit was made. Great outfit to wear to work or casual wear!
