Size 2 Cream Banana Republic Dress

This cute size 2 cream/off-white Banana Republic dress is too big for me. I've lost weight this year, and this has just been hanging in my closet. It's been worn once. It has a comfortable adjustable built in bra, so there is no need for an uncomfortable strapless bra underneath! I’m not exactly sure my measurements were in the correct spots. Across the top is aprox. 15.5” Under the chest is aprox 13.5”. Across where I guessed the hip section to be 🤷🏻‍♀️ is aprox. 17.5.” Length is aprox. 32.”
