What is the lowest you will go? Bought 3 dresses non refundable and my daughter has prom middle of may she was diagnosed with a major health issue which is causing major weight loss so I’m just trying to get the dress similar to her that I already bought but cannot affor more than $60

I’m not trying to lowball you I bought three dresses for prom ahead of time it’s in two weeks and my daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder disease which is caused her to lose a lot of weight I cannot return the dresses so I am hoping you can work with me in someway? This dress matches the one that she chose perfectly but I can’t exchange it for a smaller size so now I’m stuck with it and she can’t wear it
