Size 2 black sparkly cowl neck formal dress from Windsor

This black dress is sure to stand out at any venue you wear it. It is a sized small, black sparkly polyester dress that is floor length and spaghetti strapped. The material is so stretchy and comfortable, it is sure to fit any curves. I am selling this dress because I bought it for a gala event (pictured) and will likely never wear it again.
