Size 3 Homecoming/prom dress

size 3 junior's homecoming/prom dress super cute, reflects blue and purple/pink in different angles of lighting. there is a tulle underskirt that makes the dress stick out. stretchy fabric, not too restricting. never worn, tag still attached with full price of $169. I paid $65 for it (took sticker off when I got it, so it's not on the tag), just hoping to get that back.
