Size 3 black & white XOXO polka dot dress

Size 3 gown (dress) by XOXO. It's brand new with tags still on. This dress has a small bow near the hip (same print as the dress). Dress is an off white color with black polka dots. It is strapless and it zips up the back; zipper works. Nice material that has a slight sheen to it. Dress would be perfect for semi formal, prom, graduation, weddings or for a fancy date night!
