katn3ss I'm not sure ... I'm 5'8" and I can roll the ends a bit with vans or wear them floor length with flats. I'm guessing 33 or 34" based on what I normally fit. The rise is low, like rests right on/right below my hip bones - definitely low riders but your crack won't hang out when you sit down
