Size 4 Amanda and Chelsea A line paisley skirt

This like new white & black fully lined skirt is in excellent condition. It has a banded waist, exposed side or back zipper ( I like it in side ) it's a cotton and spandex blend ( 97% cotton 3% spandex) with a 100% white polyester lining.
