are you able to share the waist measurements and hip measurements with the skirt flat? Does this run large? Thank You!

@maroma15 Hello! I will do the measurements this evening and put those on here. For now, I did find this to run just slightly large. I am generally a 4petite and a size 4 regular was all that was in stock so I took a chance on it. It was just slightly larger than I would have liked, and I was lucky to find a 2 pop back into stock so I am keeping that one. I generally size down to a 2 regular If a 4petite is not available. Hope this helps!
