Size 4/6 Lilly Pulitzer Scalloped edges WORK DRESS

I love this dress, but I bought a NWOT size 4 from a Posher and it’s sadly too big. I love to trade! I do not know the name of this dress though I’ve searched so if anyone knows that would be very helpful! I think this would fit a size 6 better than a size 4. Perfect to wear to any run of the mill corporate job! Lean in and show Deborah from HR who's boss!
