scohan10 @tdaisy11 Hi! Just to help you out, I called David Yurman customer service and asked if this ring could be sized to a 6 or 5 3/4. The man I spoke to it could, but it would have to be brought to a DY store and they would send it out. I have no idea about how much that was going to cost. I would have to call a DY store and ask.
