Size 7 “Kim” sterling silver ring

Beautiful platinum plated over sterling silver ring. It’s called the “Kim” ring bc it’s a replica of what one of her rings look like and it has Swarovski zirconia accents **COMES IN ORIGINAL BOX WITH TAG ON** It is a size 7 only worn to try on but too tight for me, I am a size 8 but many said it ran a size bigger so I bought a size 7 🙄
